I am starting to cool on Suh with players like Vicarro, Wallace, Mathews, Curry, Ebron, Snead, Breaux, and Bowman out there. Probably could get four or five of those guys for the price of Suh
is this real life?

We could get Suh and still go after 2-3 of those guys. We have plenty of ways to make room.

I don't think we head into the draft without signing a WR. TE we may just be stuck on.

I don't see getting another DE after we just dropped $5 mil per on Okafor.

At this point Vaccaro would purely be having a guy familiar with the system, and depth. I could see leaning that way if we don't resign Breaux.

I just don't want Suh to hold us in cap hostage while he makes a slow decision.

There are still a lot of good players that can contribute out there. I really want Suh but not if he drags this out while a few good wide receivers sign small deals. We really need two more receivers if Snead and Coleman leave.

Brandon Coleman is going nowhere. We'll resign him for vet minimum before the draft because no one else is going after him.

Snead may get a few looks, but with the dui and down year that may have scared teams off.

And Suh won't hold us hostage. We already made a move on Okafor for a hefty amount. We can make room for other guys while Suh decides.

But when it comes down to it we'll likely have our answer on him tomorrow. If he leaves without a deal it's very likely over, so we'll either hear that or that he signed tomorrow, likely between noon and three.

I hope so.

If he wants to win then the Saints offer him the best playoff opportunity.

Seriously, frick Houston and their JJ Watt jersey cargo shorts wearing fanbase. No one gives a shite about your $250k house in Katy. That being said, I hope TM7 has a remarkable season earning a huge payday.

Lol at the guy saying he doesn’t want Suh

Suh gives us a top 3 defensive line. He makes our defense exponentially better.

Honestly it's probably best for him to just stay away from N.O. and all the meth dealers

You think New Orleans is the only place in the world with meth dealers

I would have taken the chance at that price, dont want vaccaro back hes been good for maybe one season too much of a liability in coverage we already have enough projects 0n the team.

i agree with pretty much all of this... but TBH, wish we would have gone after Curry, instead of Okafor, but i trust the medical evaluation on him....

i do hope we go after Ebron, as he's the best of what's left at TE, and we just can't rely on Fleener, and Hill hasn't exactly taken the next step to being a very reliable TE... WR, i'm not as concerned about... I think they are probably waiting to see who else may be getting the axe, as i suspect that's a position that some teams will want to dump guys, especially if they are close to having to resign, after we've seen the stupid money WRs are getting this FA period...

don't see Vaccaro being back... just wish we could have waited it out for Mathieu instead of Coleman, but it is what it is... but we just need a backup/ST at S now and Vaccaro will certainly have better offers than that out there, once the S market picks up... if anything, depending on Reid's situation, bring him in, as he has cost himself some money with his recent accusations...

If he would have taken a pay cut out in the desert, would he be making more than his Texans deal that he signed. Do y'all know the details. Doesn't really matter now, what's done is done but I would have stayed in the cardinal desert

At this point we are in it to win the super bowl, so I don't care about his reputation of a dirty player. If it helps us when the Lombardi trophy sign him immediately

I actually thought TM had developed into a good enough (lol) centerfielder before going down off that latest knee injury, and that injury strangely was from him just picking off a pass, Vaccarro was great in the box, but never a real good cover man. A healthy TM was used all over the field by Arizona before he went down again with that latest knee injury. If he is completely healthy again, Houston has an All Pro player they'll be looking to extend to fast. He is still really young, so it's definitely possible him returning to form. Oh, and I didn't down vote you, brah, just sayin you know. lol

Centerfielder? He himself talked about how he prefers playing in the box to be around the ball. And he played a good bit of nickel. Not to mention he has a whole 3 more INTs than Vaccaro in only two less games.

He is NOT a centerfielder. Him amd Vaccaro are almost identical, but Vaccaro was actually decent in the slot whereas Mathieu just sucked.

Yes, he plays in the box, he plays some slot(nickel) and plays some FS as in centerfield as well as other spots because he's all over the damn place as I just said in how Arizona used him. When he picked off that pass he hurt his knee on he was at FS as in centerfield, so I think I know what I'm talking about, but you can believe whatever shite it is you want to believe.

I'm not saying he never played deep, but he rarely did and he wasn't a great centerfielder.
