yup, I've added tickets for friends every year since 2014 because season ticket holders get dibs before the waiting list

I know people not renewing a major amount of tickets and suites, and called their ticket rep and told them it was because of this.

I probably won't renew my season tickets after this year. It has nothing to do with this. I just don't feel like going anymore, to be honest.

I don't blame you, I enjoyed Sunday but I've been pretty dry on them this year. Just hard to watch the downfall when you still have Brees.

I am really curious if people would be calling to cancel tickets if we were 3-0 and steam rolling people. It’s a lot easier to say you won’t renew when the team hasn’t been good for 4 years.

Why would a Saints account rep call an advertiser and tell them that? If it is true, which it isn't, he should be immediately fired.

Not a ticket account rep. A sales account rep. Like the account rep that has Rouses or any other sponsor as a client.....you get it.

So why would a sales account rep call their client and tell them they have no idea what they are going to do.

That's the exact opposite response that person should be having. He should be trying to alleviate concern, not reach out and increase it....

You get it?

I guess because that's what the ticket rep told the account rep.....in turn that is what the account rep told his client.

Then again, it doesnt matter because I made the whole thing up and everyone else that has posted they heard the same thing all made it up as well.

Everyone else has said they heard from an advertiser who was called by their account rep who was told by their ticket rep that they were overwhelmed by cancellations and they aren't sure what they're going to do?

Why the frick would the account rep reach out to their client in that situation with that information before a decision had even been made?

Come on man. Have you ever worked with sales departments before for major companies?

I really dont know what to tell you my man...my friend, who advertises with the Saints, told me Monday morning that's what his account rep told him and it came from the ticket office.

Is it really that hard to grasp?

I was actually a sales rep at one time for one of the biggest rentals companies in the nation......that dealt with some of the biggest refineries and chemical plants in La. I think I may know a thing or 2 how major companies operate. Thats why I didnt last very long and went into business for myself

So why hasn't ticket prices dropped on stubhub or NFL ticket exchange? If all of these season ticket holders are returning their tickets for a full refund, wouldn't we see an influx of tickets on these sites? So far ticket prices haven't changed at all, so I'm assuming most of you are just puffing your chests on social media and have no balls to back it up.

So I'm guessing you worked for United Rentals?
I deal with those folks a lot. Some good people here and there, but it's almost like dealing with a government entity as slow and clumsy as they are

It makes sense that people answering the phones in the ticket office weren't told how to respond to the influx of people calling and they didn't know what they were supposed to do or say.

Exactamundo! No Falcons fans or Chiefs fans are cancelling their season tickets right now. Or if 1000 people are, 1500 are wanting those 1000.

Maybe. Maybe it's also time we all start laughing at the Saints fanbase and calling a spade a spade.
Falcons fanbase (even after a SB loss) > New Orleans fanbase

Look at all the quit going on from the fans.

You are basing a bunch of snowflakes reactions off of social media and putting that in with the overall fanbase? It's nationally known how bad the Falcons fanbase is, even the players have commented on it in the past. I was seeing packed houses in the 90s in the dome when the Saints sucked.
