On ESPN this morning they were not even arguing that he would be successful.

They were saying that he would be going to a crap team and they would struggle to be relevant and he would probably only last 2-3 years.

But here is the rub....

$6 million a year as a HC vs $2 million as an OC....totally worth it to them.

I don't care what color Bieniemy is, but the knock on him is he is running the offense created by the best HC in the NFL today. I'm sure that has hindered his ability to get an offer, however, there are coordinators with a worse resume than his who have gotten a shot. I don't think it has anything do with race, but I am a little surprised he has yet to get a HC offer.

Did it ever occur to anyone that maybe, just maybe, Eric
Bieniemy is not head coach material? Many coaches are really good at their specialty but the head coach has more responsibility and perhaps, interviews revealed that he wouldn't make a good head coach.
I am so tired of hearing how race is the reason that black coaches don't get the job. QUIT IT!

I am a great experienced employee that works hard and with great energy and enthusiasm. However, I do not think I would be a great station manager because the stress and BS would bring me down. Not everyone is called to lead.

Only thing as bad as the talk about Bienemy not getting a HC job ; is the talk about the talk about Bienemy not getting a HC job.

NFL owners are 31 old rich white people plus shad khan. Does a white guy have better chance at getting job than black guy of equal skill? Ehhh probably slightly. But my assumption is the owners care a million times more about winning and money than the race of the coach. So at the end of the day it’s just something to talk about.

That's the problem, instead of focusing on stuff that matters this country is worried about black coaches getting head coaching jobs, white people not standing for the "black national anthem" which in itself is atrocious if you know the history of the American anthem, how young is too young to chop a males dick off or a females tits, transexual story hour in kindergarten or chuck cheese with a "woman" grinding it's dick on the carpet, our president taking showers with his daughter, sniffing little girls hair while gropping them on national TV.

Lmao this country is beyond fricked

Bieniemy is a documented bad interviewer with a criminal record.

Maybe he has dislikable personality, maybe he comes off the wrong way, maybe he is like most of you in this post and interviews with the attitude of "I'm black so they're going to hire me" and he doesn't give a frick

Right. Maybe he's just a bad interview. If he's so qualified someone would have hired him by now. It's not like there still aren't black coaches.

Srianni could barely put a coherent sentence together for his first 6 months as a head coach. 3 other offensive coordinators who worked under Andy Reid and didn't call plays have been hired for head coaching jobs. Guys with no NFL experience at all gave been hired for jobs. You hear the criminal record excuse but Mike Vrabel had multiple arrests when he got hired as a head coach. The point isn't that he deserves a job. The point is that plenty of other guys that didn't deserve a job got one during the same time period and they all had one thing in common that Bieniemy doesn't have. That one thing wasn't play calling. It wasn't experience. It wasn't likeability. It wasn't resume. It wasn't criminal history. Guys with all those issues have gotten jobs. Again the issue isn't if he's head coaching material because he may be terrible at it. The issue is why do black coaches have to prove they are capable before getting the opportunity when white coaches get a chance to prove it on the fly.

Dude won a playoff game with Tim Tebow starting.

Meanwhile Allen hasn’t sniffed the playoffs as a HC…

Well not many of Sean Payton's coordinators have been coveted for any HC positions.

Here is the list of Andy Ried OCs

Marty Morninweg
Brad Childress
Mat Nagy
Doug Pederson
Eric Bienemy
Rod Dohower

2 of the 5 Have never been a HC and 1 of 2 won 2 super Bowls as OC.

Andy has never won a Super Bowl without Eric B as OC.

It sucks because non of Andy Reid's OCs had to take a lateral move to prove themselves.

I do believe race plays a factor, but Im not sure if its the factor.

None who got hired with the red flags Nathaniel Hackett had when he was hired. None that were given full control of a franchise right out of college like Urban or Kliff. None that had been arrested for assault and theft like Vrabel.
