I think he should have caught it. The last pass was dogshit 10’ to low. Olave would have caught it right over that dudes head but Carr threw it in the ground.

In Moreau’s defense, this what, the second pass thrown to an actual tight end all season? When you’re that rusty it’s going to happen.

I agree with this. Carr’s inaccurate pass sent it from a 99% catch probability to like an 80% catch probability. Still should have caught it though - especially with those super sticky gloves that players can wear now.
It’s like the difference between a 25 yard FG and a 37 yard FG

Blaming foster for this is like blaming LSU offense for losing to ole miss. The saints suck and their coaching staff sucks. Their offense is even worse. That catch would have changed nothing. They still would have loss. You’re just looking to place blame on someone to ignore the fact that this team and coaches suck balls

No one needs to tell him anything, if you saw him on the sidelines, you know he was harder on himself than any of us could have been. Unlike most posters here, he'll take the blame when he makes a mistake instead of giving 100 excuses why it is he is not at fault, even if there is blame to go around.

This is true. Had he caught it, (I could have made that catch 9 out of 10 times) the Saints tie it up, go to OT and lose. They weren't winning that game.
