Team Burrow growing soft on Bengals? They should.

PFT loves to start ??. I mean they fed the Payton to cowboys rumor mill for years. However, Burrow is surrounding himself with people that are anti-bengals, even former players and siblings.

As I said before, I wouldn't be mad at all if Burrow just came out and said no fricking way to the bengals. John Elway and Eli both did it, and both eventually won two superbowls. It would be different if it was any other team in the NFL, well except the Redskins. I just don't think the Bengals give two shits about doing what it takes to win.
I know Joe Burrow doesn't want to come off. like a dick in his home state, but he really should think about self preservation.

The puzzle pieces are piling up. And it’s not all that hard to see what Joe Burrow may be trying to assemble.
Burrow may be thinking about trying to get the Bengals to not draft him — or to get someone else to trade up and get him. And the evidence is becoming more and more clear.

Burrow is willing to play for whoever is paying him. I doubt he cares that much. Get past that rookie deal then decide where you want to go.

Not a lot of facts in that report. Joe said this and now he’s working with Jordan Palmer (who has worked with MANY quarterbacks going into the draft in recent years).
Just a lot of speculation till Joe or his family or his agent say, “No, we want no part of the Bengals.”

This is very true but he was also one of the first media members to start critically looking into the world class conspiracy of the NFL throwing "Bountygate" onto the Saints. I will always thank him for that even though I disagree with his SJW self most of the time.

Yeah MF is a MF .. Burrow is going to the bengals and he will smile all the way to the bank, I look forward to seeing Cincinnati win again. I will be rooting for them.

Joe is getting paid REGARDLESS. No way he wants to go to the Bengals.

Joe Burrow has said and done nothing to warrant any puzzle piece piling up.
All players have a private preference on who they might want to play for.
It makes no business sense to offend a possible employer.
Joe Burrow is a talented football player with the smarts to keep his mouth shut.
This crap is all speculation with no basis in fact.

Yeah that’s a bunch of speculative bullshite.

Burrow does not have a revered NFL last name. Even if he was inclined to so something, his reputation and brand would take a serious hit.

Sun can't you get us a Burrow sticky?
Someone cause it will never stop
It could stay for years come to think of it.

He literally said he doesn’t care who he plays for. Whoever wants to pay him.
Pretty sure 30 is a prime age for most elite QB’s nowadays. Either way, as the #1 pick he might top $45 mil over 4-5 years. His second deal could easily be 20-30 mil a year if he is a Top 15 QB.
Bottom line.... I just don’t see Burrow as the kind of guy to pull an Eli or Elway. I can see Bengals trading the top pick away anyway. Chargers and Miami are seriously pushing.

Florio is actually a pretty solid and critical thinking journalist (although he was a lawyer first).

When Burrow was on the Dan Patrick show....he said he grew up a New Orleans Saints fan because of Drew Brees and Reggie Bush....
Hmmmmm...
