It is hard to top the Nature Boy.
I do like Us Vs Them but the Cheer Krewe has got to go. They bring absolutely nothing to the table & nobody wants to watch men throw somewhat attractive fully clothed women into the air & catch them over & over. Bring back the Saintsations.

Jimmy was not from NOLA . Never lived in NOLA. He also attended Dolphins games. Just FYI. At least get your facts straight if you going to call people retards.

Yea the Saints need to modernize. The SB season was 14 years ago now. Move on from the stupid get crunk song.

I went to a Ravens Steelers game at Heinz Field Greg.
Does that make me a Steelers fan?

He used to hype the New Orleans Hornets games during the Chris Paul playoff years.

Winning games and playoff games is entertaining.
I like the Jimmy Buffett sing along. Margaritaville is one of the few songs I recognize in three hours.
I agree that the announcer can get annoying. They need to tone down the 3rd dowwwwwn, and get rid of the fan impact plays that the fans have nothing to do with. And I get tired of the Move Dem Chains but we often solve that problem by not getting 1st downs.

Entertainment department needs to be stripped to the core and redone.

According to how long we held on to “Who let the dawgs out” I think we have another couple years of crunk

It’s embarrassing with the talent in New Orleans that crunk is what we use.
Also the move dem chains it’s dumb

And how did that go? Is Paul still in Nola. It was pretty funny when Jimmy got kicked out of a Heat game

These days a Buffett song is all you can get excited about at the games. Pretty sad.

I’m one degree of separation from Buffett. While I’d met him a couple of times, I’m close friends with several people who were friends of his.
He built an empire on the Myth of being JB. Some of it was based on reality, some fed on what folks wanted to believe. He’s not here to be interrogated about his feelings but I’ll hazard the following: his first love of an NFL team and of a city was NOLA and the Saints*.
That didn’t preclude him from also being partial to other places or teams, especially when it dovetailed with his image and business interests. So as he’s dead and can’t speak to any of our positions, we’re not going to solve this contention here. He was loathe to discuss in public the business side of his persona as it potentially could be problematic for his image. You’ll not convince me otherwise and I don’t care if I’ve convinced you of anything.
Have a great day!
*His collegiate fandom is even murkier.
He “should” have started out as an Ole Miss fan as a kid based on where & when he lived, then he went on his well-publicized college tour and those schools all claim him…thus beginneth the myth.
