He ain't wrong. Too much He can sit and learn the pro game as #2-3 qb for a couple of years. Then who knows.

The same guys downvoting are the same posters who wanted JD benched for Nuss.

Rattler has all of the physical tools to be a Top 5 pick. Former 5 Star. Perfect situation for him to come into.

Sit for a couple of years and learn how to be a professional. Then takes the keys from Carr and will be the starter for the next decade!

Let the downvotes come but if you watch the tape you can see a little Mahomes in Rattler.

It is a great situation for him. He does have all the tools but he showed at 2 different schools that he wasn't a top 5 pick.

He will have 5 tds one week and 3 interceptions and 2 fumbles the next.

It's always been said he has diva tendencies. Hopefully he comes in ready to work and cherish his chamce.

It’s all about maturing.

He started out okay at Oklahoma but pressure got to him and he didn’t handle it well.

Was a one man show at S Car but there were flashes last season where he looked like one of the best college QB’s in the country

“Little Mahomes” is very appropriate. He looks like a mini version of Pat.

The play style is similar, just not as effective or consistent. I like the pic at this point and with the opportunity to sit and learn. Low risk, high reward.

Yeah, he has always had flashes.

Problem is the next game he melts down and the cycle continues.

So are they already out on heaner? Just like Ian book. He lasted one yr. Not good to waste 2 4th rounders on small shitty backups who have no chance to start.

Rattler at least has a chance to start in this league.

I like how they are being proactive about the QB room in case Carr doesn’t work out, offseason in Metairie should be interesting.

Watched a few games of Rattler at USCe and when he flashes, he flashes. Him vs. Tennessee in 2022, then vs. ND in the bowl game is two i primarily remember.

Based off what our current OC did with helping develop Purdy, could be great situation for the guy to come in and learn and be the guy.

Bless your heart if you think Derek Carr will let Rattler sit and learn for a couple of years lol

Doesn’t have it between the ears

But for a fifth round pick, why not take a shot

Brian griese was the qb coach. Kubiak was the passing game coordinator. Kubiak was only in San Francisco for a year
