So on a positive note:

Andy Dalton needs to be our starter. He made great reads, pinpoint passes and when MT and AK get back, we are a threat. Even if the nfl is going to screw us with flags. Red Rifle still has it, boys. I’m good with him until we draft our next franchise guy.

It's not a positive note that we have a mediocre starting QB, whether it's injured Winston or Dalton. It's the weakest link on this squad.

Yup, and this year is looking more and more like a throwaway year in which you don't even have a top draft pick to look forward to. This entire front office seems to have grossly miscalculated the personnel on this team. That is the most concerning thing to me. You lose your championship-winning coach and the front office is making questionable decisions going back a couple of years. Was Payton leaving more to do with him or more to do with him not agreeing with what he was being given to work with?

People acting like we had a big moral W today because we found a QB, it's like they never watched football before. Any QB on your roster can have a decent game. Thinking Dalton will play well every week because of the 1 half he played and ignoring all the mediocre years and fact he's a backup QB is just silly.

It’s never a positive note when your starter is hurt and a backup journeyman QB now has lead you the rest of the way.

Dalton is better for this offense than Jameis
This isn’t that complicated.

This was always coming ...
We kicked the can down the road for 20 years under Payton and now it's biting us in the arse.
We're no different than the Steelers, Broncos, etc. Mortgaged the future to try and win one more and it didn't work

not one single person is saying this. You're making that shite up just like the rest of the Winston fans. Here....I'll try to repeat it for you as best that I can and as simply as I can.
NO ONE IS SAYING DALTON IS THE SAVIOR HE'S JUST BETTER THAN frickING WINSTON
I truly hope that was clear enough for you. I'm sorry that Dalton going out there and looking like a decent quarterback upset you.

Curious what you'll say next week when he throws 3 picks like Jameis did. Then what?

You seem to be talking with your heart and not your head brother.

It’s so weird that you consider a valid point a meltdown. Your obsession is creepy

That can be true, and it's a gut punch to here, not something to celebrate.

A hypothetical? Neat.

So now you have told us what happens next week. Thanks for ruining it for us
