Season Tickets - Refunds: Opted In and no response

I opted in as a season ticket holder and have emailed the Saints every week for the status of my refund for the games not played thus far, with no response.
Half the season has elapsed and I still haven't gotten my refund for the games without fans, nor any response whatsoever from any of my inquiries.
Have you gotten any response on refunds as a season ticket holder?
Thanks, serious and sarcastic replies are expected and appreciated.

If you opted in your money goes to next season. I opted out and got a refund in about 3 weeks

Nope, you didn't read your letter from Saints.

Didn't need to. I wanted all my money back

This is incorrect. You are still suppose to have a choice for a refund of money for any games not played. You can also roll it into next year, which is I’m sure what they want and will try hard for you to do.

Im just playing devil's advocate here.
But I can see them giving you a refund but not cutting you a check each week a game isn't played.
At the end of the season you should get the option for a refund or a roll over.

I opted in and requested a refund for the preseason games in August after they were cancelled. I was told by the first Saints ticket representative that a refund would be provided within a few weeks.
After six weeks without refund, I called again. I was told by a second ticket representative "that's not how it works" and that I would be given the option of a refund early next year or rolling over the balance to cover the 2021 season.
This is complete bullshite. Most, if not all other teams, have provided refunds. The Saints are one of the worst run organizations in all of professional sports.
They have take advantage of a diehard fan base and treat us like shite. Many of us could use the money right now!

They could refund to my credit card easily and instantly. At this point I don't care they figured out the Destroya was stringing them along, but they were too soft to push back against her, I want my d*mn money.

I opted in and I still want to go to the damned games, either here or in Baton Rouge.

My understanding is that once it is determined how many games you will have missed, they will give you the refund or option to rollover.
The last email I received was that I would likely only able to go to half the games that are available. Once it’s been determined what games I am assigned to, then I can request the refund.

Should've just opted out the moment brees decided to wear a rapists name on his helmet.

Exactly, that way they can collect the interest on your money.

I wouldn't say they treat us like shite but when you have a season ticket waitlist you can pretty much do whatever the frick you want

i sometimes get bad info i repeat but most of the time i am correct, just like this time where you show yourself to be a complete idiot troll with no clue WTF you are trying to troll over.
let me educate you little boy, opting in is NOT asking for a refund, its agreeing to NOT get a refund and have your money applied to next years tickets
