I get it!
I have four seats, two since 2006 and two I added across the aisle this year. Would love the two next to me but a broker has them.
I usually go to all games, but if you do list your tickets - you don't pick who buys them. it's an instant purchase on their end and you just get your money/credits.

People that actually want to go to games and cheer on the Saints are on the waiting list while these low-t soys sell their tickets to these aggy adjacent fairies from San Francisco. They should have their season tickets revoked, they should be banned from attending any future event in the Superdome, and they should be arrested for ticket scalping. frick these fake arse fans.

I can't tell if you're trolling or just retarded. We have the most loyal fans in the nfl. We are loyal and optimistic to a fault. Facepainter's expectations are so incredibly low and you can't give away tickets right now. No one wants to watch that shite except for opposing fans. Here's a better idea, fix this dumpster fire organization, make the games worth attending.

The dome being 50% red yesterday has determined that was a lie.

Lots of loyal fans were cheering that Niners touchdown

The money I netted for selling my tickets to the 49ers game made up for the two dumbass preseason games we shouldn't be paying for. I'll go when I want to and when I see an opportunity to make money for games I can't/don't want to go to, I will. I live 2.5 hours away, I'm not making that trek 10 times a year for the product I am seeing

Why do you even have season tickets if you have no intention of going to the games.
Again, bullshite.

Those fans in San Francisco look like they’re having a great time…oh wait, that’s in New Orleans, home of “the most loyal fans in the NFL”.

I'm selling them to whomever buys them, and I have no idea who they are. So frick you.
NFL needs to transition to European style seating with home and away sections. Absolutely disgusting that figs like potent357 have ruined the Dome because they scalp their tickets. Shouldnt be able to list your tickets than higher than face value either

This is always my favorite comment on threads like this. You think you're pumping your chest out and are some super fan and can comment about season tickets but in reality, you only got tickets when we got Payton, brees and bush. Where were you when we had brooks?

The Saints sell about 15% of their season tickets to brokers. The waiting list is fictitious. Reps will only call with ticket availability in the more expensive clubs that no one in their right mind wants to buy at the moment.

I'm actually not 100% against this. Make it like college or Premier League, where there is a designated away fan section.
And before people say it can't happen, it actually already does in small examples. Go to the Saints-Bucs game in Tampa. If you're in away gear, you aren't allowed on the pirate ship.
With that said, it would be incredibly difficult to pull off. For the regular season, I say don't bother. Playoff games (whenever that ever happens again) is where it becomes an issue. I would say institute geographic restrictions for reselling tickets for playoff games. In the example of the Saints, for example, only allowed tickets to be resold to people living in Mississippi, coastal Alabama and the Florida panhandle (starting at Panama City).
It's still bad because people can probably find ways around it. And you lock out Saints fans who live outside of the geographic descriptions. But it would probably be the only way.
But honestly, to me the only time it's an issue is playoff games.

I bet it's higher than that even. And to be honest, I have far more of an issue with this than fans who re-sell their tickets. I get it, sometimes season ticket holders can't get to a game for a variety of reasons (travel, other events, illness). But I absolutely despise ticket brokers. I genuinely believe NFL teams (or really any sports teams for that matter) should be banned from selling season tickets to ticket brokers.
Those are the ones who strip the Dome of the home field advantage. Tickets brokers are almost always the ones who will end up selling to bigger fan bases (49ers, Cowboys, Eagles, Lions, Steelers, Packers) when they come to the Dome.
This all brings up a bigger question though. What's the point in buying season tickets anymore? Up until about 10 years ago I got it. The idea of being next to the same people and having the same seats for each game. Plus there was more control over the tickets. If you didn't have season tickets, you had to hope the team released additional single game tickets, or you were going to be holding your fingers up on game day looking for tickets. But that's over now. Me personally, at this point I prefer just to go to 1 - 2 games a year and splurge on really nice tickets. You save money over season tickets and it's definitely better than getting season tickets up in the nosebleed sections.
I personally don't even see the appeal to season tickets anymore.
The people around you became like family. But with ticket brokers now and a lot of fans re-selling tickets, to me the advantage of season tickets is long gone.

There’s no point in buying direct from the team now in the franchise’s current state. You can go on SeatGeek and get tickets at almost 60% off what face value is listed at.
This is a direct result of Dennis Lauscha doing whatever is needed to keep revenue streams up.

I can tell you have never had season tickets. But like to talk all this shite. So you can’t sell higher than face value, what about all the preseason games you lose hundreds of dollars on? Or at the end of a pitiful season when you have to sell your tickets for pennies on the dollar? That’s already here this year btw outside the 9ers game. Think the owner is going to refund the fans that lost money?
You should stay in your own lane.
