Harris didn’t try to return any kick offs as they were all in the end zone. Was a positive improvement on his part. He had 3 punt returns for 17 yards (5.67 yards per return). He had two returns near my seats and on both he seemed to run into defenders instead of away from them. That being said, he cleanly fielded all the punts this week which is always what I’m worried about with him. On offense he had 2 receptions for 17 yards. One being a big catch for a first down.

Overall, Harris had a decent day with returns and a really good day on offense. I hope his improvement continues.

I'd like to see him used more on offense to stretch the field.

CGJ looks like a first rounder out there. I can't remember a defensive back moving to the ball like him since Sammy Knight.

Shy Tuttle had a sack yesterday too.

McCoy and CGJ are playing amazing for rookies.

Not pissed. Just thought I’d keep it in one thread instead of starting a new thread each week about how bad D. Harris is.

I seriously hope CSP is having tryouts for a punt/kick returner. At this point we’d be better off with Ginn back there fair catching everything.

Bump for an updated progress grades for Harris, SunTiger.
