Hoo just came back from injury (unless he got reinjured the last couple of days).

Watson hasn't been seen on the field in a week.

What about the fact they released Fullibgton who was coming along nicely while Peat was still out? This mean Peat will be practicing tonight or early this week?

Ben Watson chance of injury. Not sure how they came up with the liability gauge.

Don't get why we signed Rickey Jefferson again. At all.

Yeah I guess I overlooked that on Friday.

On Fullington, he's likely going on IR. You have to waive a guy first before putting them on IR during the offseason (or at least this part of it).

I’m sure he could catch on with another team

The opportunity will prob go through his hands

He didn’t fumble much, because he usually dropped the chance before he could.

I was wrong, he did not even make it to a preseason game.

Post a few weeks ago when Coleman was going on PUP, I said that was ok, I did not think he would make it OUT of preseason. Not sure that post was well received

Special teams. He can make the team if he's good enough on ST. He's fighting an uphill battle though.

The Saints have also re-signed veteran TE John Phillips per source

That is the most concerning announcement. The team really needs a healthy Ben Watson in probably the most suspect position on the offense. Josh Hill is capable but we need someone to step up.

Rickey Jefferson must be paying the Saints to be able to wear the jersey.

Hopefully this is due to Tre performing well.
Has nothing to do with Tre'Quan Smith who would make the team regardless of Coleman, but more to do with the talent that they have at WR this year imo. Veterans like Brandon Tate and Michael Floyd have made Coleman expendable.

No ur wrong they like Coleman a lot both brees and sean.
He is hurt and won't be back for a few weeks so they will give his spot to someone else for preseason and when he is healthy he might get his spot back.
He can block and is alright at a few plays

I'm not commenting about Coleman's popularity, nobody is concerned about that. I'm sure he is liked, but this is a business and what I am saying is that these vets have made it okay to release him so that he can go and get healthy or whatever like you are saying. So, don't see how I can be wrong about that, but whatever.
