If you rank teams on Total Offense by Yards Per Game, the Saints are 10th in the entire league (top 5 in most Defensive statistics).

However, 25th in Points Per Game.

Its clear this team can move the ball. They need to start punching it into the Endzone.

They suck in the red zone and Carr had a history of being bad in the red zone. It’s not surprising they aren’t putting up a ton of points based on that.

Our red zone personel makes no sense. We should have Graham, Johnson, and Thomas out there for contested catches.

Yeah you can blame Petey for that. The dude’s playcalling especially in redzone is whack.

You have to score to win, not just move the ball. The lack of red zone scoring will come back to bite us several times this year.

If the defense doesn't clamp down, we are screwed.

That being said - can't be prouder of this DL

If you are moving the ball, you are putting yourself in positions to score.

Missing 2 of our top 3 RBs isn't helping.

Why we don't have those 3 and Taysom running RPO is baffling. We didn't even try some of the tunnel screens that CSP used to call all the time down inside the 5. Thought Carmichael called plays great from 20 to 20 but when we were backed up and in the red zone it's like his brain went to mush.

Probably because he rehashes Sean’s plays between the 20s but doesn’t use any of Seans creativity in the red zone. Pete has a feel of a guy who’s never played in the NFL or college football. Hmm I wonder why that is??

Everybody rehashes someone else's plays. When you create a successful new play guess what? And I am no fan of Ol Pete but I hope to be one day

My point being Im just not sure if Pete has any creative new rinkles. He even credited the Shaheed deep play call to Ron Curry last week. I want to be a fan but I just need to see some innovative playcalling especially with the talent we have.

Ah yes another brainlet that didn't watch the game. Tony Jones didn't turn around for the ball.

Olave nearly had another last week

To be fair or not, a lot of that will fall on Carr. Facts are he hasn’t been great the last 2 weeks in the red zone, I’m hoping that changes though.

It can't be for no reason that Curry got to call a game in the preseason. I called him Aaron Glenn I think last night. The spotlight is all over the offense right now so they know they need to step it up.

Yup I brought that up elsewhere. Keep track on Curry and honestly we may not even know it but if playcalling doesn’t improve he might give those duties to Curry.

hopefully the running game can sustain some success from last night.

who will be the primary runner is the question, I guess. Green Bay's run D looked shaky. But then again Atlanta's offense is built to run, and they have good RB's.

if we go up there and lay an egg with the run game then it becomes a real hard game for us to win.

Opening line was Green Bay -3 now it is down to -2

I think if Kendre is healthy hes going to carry the load with Tony Jones.
