yep. I like things the way that they are.
Loomis - handles the money & reports to Benson.
Ireland - offensive & defensive personnel. hires scouts to assist him.
CSP - head coach, hiring of coaches, offensive play calling, & offensive personnel.

He and Payton are good friends. Seems he has a lot of freedom here and as long as we agree to match money (which he'll at least give us a chance to do) I think he'll stay.
His last GMship didn't exactly go well. I think if he feels better about being here than possibly becoming a pariah again that will also slant him to staying.

Having so many former head coaches on the roster makes all the difference (Nolan, Curtis Johnson, Dennis Allen, Campbell, and technically Carmicheal during the suspension.)
