It becomes the next 3 drafts if the team has 2 employees poached for both positions in the same year. Saleh went to NYJ for HC and Mayhew went to WFT for PFE in 2020; We got picks from 2021-2023. McDaniel became HC for MIA in 2022; we get picks for 2023-2024 bc no else got poached for PFE. Carthon is going to TEN to become PFE in 2023, so we get picks for 2023-2024. DeMeco got poached for HC to Houston in 2023, so we get picks for the next 3 drafts (2023-2025) instead bc both titles were fulfilled.
2021: Saleh + Mayhew
2022: Saleh + Mayhew
2023: Saleh + Mayhew, McDaniel, Carthon + DeMeco
2024: McDaniel, Carthon + DeMeco
2025: Carthon + DeMeco
*edit to include minority/non lateral hiring for clarity; I thought this was fairly known.
