Yeah seems to be an emphasis on the OL with the additions of both Nugent and Paganetti. A lot of Eagles beat writers are saying that Paganetti was Stoutland’s right hand man in Philly since 2017.
I assume Nugent will be OL Coach while Paganetti will be assistant OL coach, run game coordinator and Assistant HC. Moore is gonna want to keep him for as long as he can. Naming him Assistant HC will keep him around for a while

TJ Paganetti has been with the Eagles for 10+ years. He came with Chip Kelly in 2013 and left after Chip was fired. He returned in 2017 to assist with Jeff Stoutland and has been here since.
Mailata, Dickerson, and Lane always spoke highly of TJ whenever coaching came up.
Been with the Eagles 10 years. He’s only 35
