My concern is OLB, I feel pretty good about everything else. Put Smith back at End and let him play back up. He's not an OLB.

Same here but I will withhold judgment until I see Junior & Tez on the field. They are both more athletic then Smith or the Richardson guy who started tonight.
It has me worried about the depth behind Tez & Junior though. I'm also terrified of Smith having to cover in the flats. He's going to get abused. Smith needs to be inside or not on the field at all.

Me too, but not so much with the people we have, but that they'll let the wrong people on the field. I thought most of the olb played good last year. Our d-line was sick.

I listed positives & negatives from what I saw last night just like everyone is doing because you know this is Saints Talk, right? Where you know, uhh, fans talk about the Saints.
Nobody is putting great stock into what happened on the field last night but you can get a feel for what the coaches are looking to work on as well as what players are comfortable doing what's being asked of them.
If you don't have anything to add to the discussion then just STFU & kick rocks.

It's hard to tell much in preseason but I like to see how the first teamers look since they are the ones that will be doing the real playing. The 1st team KC QB marched down the field then got pulled. It was only 1 series of preseason but obviously the starters will want to come out the gate better next game.
