Can you feel the remorse?

There were 6 cops sued by the shooters family and it was 10 years ago. The cop who was with PT and Smith wasn't even one of the cops who shot the father. I'd say the shooter couldn't even identify the cop. Just a coincidence IMO.

exactly. There is no attempted "hit" here. the guy(Ceravola) wasnt even on the scene.

Though he was named in the lawsuit, he wasn't even aware of it, evidently.

Actually he should look like that if he acted in self defense as he claims.

It's more likely for him to show remorse if it was murder. imo anyway.

Agreed. I'm thinking this pillar of the community randomly squeezed off 6 (six) rounds in quick succession and Smith simply chose to run into the bullets.

so NOLA.com just posted some video of the immediate aftermath of the scene, and an eyewitness says he heard one of the men say something along the lines of "I have a gun!" and then the other man said "I got one too!"

if Will turned around to reach back in his vehicle after saying he had a gun this guy has a chance of getting off.

wouldnt that be depending on who said it first/ ..if the killer said...I have a gun and Smith was going to retrieve his...the killer still would be the aggressor

gonna be such a shitty trial. witness definitely said something of guy said something, another guy said i have a gun too, goes to retreat it, other guy may have said something and then gun shots...

Yep. The fact is a man left behind a wife and kids though over something stupid, regardless of who is at fault. So freaking sad

looking past the b&g glasses of he's mostly a good guy doing good things, i mean the incident with his wife previously can easily lead to a reasonable theory will smith can have a bit of a temper too.

Im sure he did. And I am sure words were exchanged. But damn, to leave behind a wife and kids over that sucks.

if you watch the new video on nola.com, it sounds like Smith was possibly going to get a gun.

there was also this blurp.

quote:

The man who was killed, who he later learned was Smith, was slumped in the driver's seat with his feet on the pavement, Nit Sheffield said.

almost like he was reaching in his vehicle when he was shot.

wasn't there only one gun recovered on the scene though?

supposedly but there was also something said about them obtaining warrants to search vehicles so maybe they didn't go search the vehicle yet.

well I wouldn't be suprised if one is found. I know I'd have one if I were Will Smith in Nola.
