What will gun regulations do??? Come on give me a serious answer. Do you know how easy it is to get a gun off the streets even if you can't buy it in a store. Sheesh

I'm on your side but this argument is dumb and I hate when people use it.

It will obviously be a frickton harder to get a gun off the streets if you can't buy them in stores. Do you think that 100% of the guns "on the streets" are delivered by undercover drug cartel? The overwhelming majority of "street" guns were originally purchased in a store.

Agreed. Ask any high-school student anywhere what's easier to get pot or alcohol. The answer is almost always the unregulated illegal substance. Not the heavily regulated thing you buy in stores.

Hell it was easier for me to get pot after I was 21 than it was to get alcohol.

To get alcohol I have to:

Put on pants
Drive to a store
Pick out the alcohol
Get carded
Deal with a cashier
Drive home
Open alcohol
Start drinking.

To get pot I have to:

Call a drug dealer from my couch
Wait 10 minutes
Done

Instead of 10 years added by federal law when using a firearm while committing a felony, why not make it 20 or 30, with no parole for the same crime. More gun control laws will do nothing.

What if when they stopped and both got out, Smith said something like, "I have a gun and I'm going to kill your arse". Then he turns around to retrieve the weapon. Other guy pulls his out and shoots.

Is that self-defense TD counselors? In this scenario, if the perp waits to actually see a weapon it would be too late for his safety.

What a messed up situation.

RIP Will

One or two shots and escaping is self defense. He unloaded a clip on two people, one who was defenseless.

After ramming his car into Smith's the self defense thought takes a hit

By law, the number of shots is meaningless. You are supposed to fire until the person is no longer a threat.

Agreed on the car ramming.

BTW, it's a magazine. This is a clip.

A magazine has a spring that pushes the next round into the receiver.

No hard feelings, it's just an OCD thing with me.

8 shots, 7 being in the back tells me about 5 shots ago it would have been no longer a threat. some reports also said he kept shooting smith although he was clearly a non-threat. My issue is also the 2 bullets who hit someone who was also a non-threat to begin with.

I have no idea what you mean by that. There is evil in the world. Don't know why saying that offended your petite sensibilities.
