Ricky was selected after former teammate and highly regarded LB Hugh Green at Pitt was picked in first round by Miami. Lets hope lightning strikes twice for the Saints. We picked in the 09 Draft fourth round LB Stan Arnoux out of Wake Forest after Aron Curry went to Seattle in the first round.

Some of my earliest memories are watching the saints, particularly rickey jackson crush anyone who carried the ball. He has deserved this for a while. He had so many forced fumbles because of huge hits. Congrats to #57

Here's a pic of RJ's post-accident facemask. Nothing was getting through there.
Two things I remember about Rickey:
That handtowel that he always wore in the front of his pants with the homemade Marks-A-Lot frowny face with "YOU" written on it.
Supposedly, during one of the first practices after he returned from his car wreck, he got PO'd at Mora for something so RJ got in a Corvette and tore up and down the street in front of the practice facility repeatedly just to get back at Mora.
My favorite member of the RSVP defense.
