Reality, we were in a win now mode for a while. It was fun, but Mediocrity is here.

Hence DA as coach. Loomis know what he has with DA, had with Red Rifle and Crab Legs. Good enough to be semi competitive, fill some seats and ride out the high credit card debt we wasted on past players.
Why do you think Payton left?
We are not going to salary bonus our way in the playoffs and Derek Carr is not taking us the the ship.
Only good thing is, that time will get rid of problem players like MT and AK.
Thank god our division is weak right now though.

Loomis hired DA. What do you mean he knows what he has with him? He hired him over lots of better coaches that were out there.
Almost every hire made in 2022 was better than Allen.
And Winston was a fa. No one put a gun to Loomis and Allen’s head and made them resign him. They chose to.

These sound like contradictory statements. The issue is playoffs save the front office and coach's jobs; whereas Saints fans have had a taste of the playoff life and just making the playoffs is no longer "good enough".
