You can count the good defensive coaches on like 3 fingers D, what are you talking about. And one of them has Josh Allen

Tomlin, John Harbaugh, the boy in Seattle. Ryans.

I don’t want to hire Mike Kafka just because over someone like Glenn.

Hiring a defensive coach would be disasterous

For our situation with an aging defense i think so. An offensive guy who knows ball at least probably gives you a chance to win some games. Of course with this roster who even cares. Rizzi or Glenn probably the best we can do. Lazy but we’re probably staring at a couple lean years either way.

Yes, every assistant coach who’s never been a head coach hasn’t done shite. What a fantastic assessment. Glenn isn’t my first choice or my 4th but he’s the ultimate leader, he’s a great defensive mind, players love him, and he’s disciplined. Guys like Joe Brady who apparently also hasn’t done shite would be a decent hire.

Like I said, you can count them on 3 fingers. Ryan’s and Macdonald haven’t proven anything yet.

The Leader of men stuff is just cliche bullshite. Good players make you look like a good leader of men. You need good players. You need a good QB. You need an offensive system.

Glenn could bring Beinemy with him!
That would be the rotten cherry on top of the moldy whipped cream for the Saints. (But I could absolutely see that unfolding with the Gayle & Mickey duo present and accounted for)

F. King (Benson) and Alleva (Loomis) seriously need to wrap up Brady before another team does. (Probably already has)

Get Brady in here, then trade for Burrow, then draft Campbell. (Of course we'd have to give up all of our draft picks for the next 5 years to make it happen)

This is so weak. I like the idea of Brady but even then I hate the fricking mindset this team has.

For Christ sake talk to people that are not in your inner circle. He won't ever take himself out of his comfort zone and it will be his downfall

What’s funny is he wants to run everything back except the idea of having an offensive minded HC that won you a shite ton of games in 15yrs.

Nobody said you don’t need that. Have no clue what you’re babbling about when it takes one of those “cliche bs” leaders even if you have all of those players.

Brady will have his pick of teams, and our age, talent and cap situation are among the worst in the NFL. We won’t get him.

Loomis is going to have a hard time competing with other vacancies for anyone worth a shite until our situation is better.

That should be the short term goal.

Brether you led with the leader of men shite. Was the first descriptor you used.

In realty, leadership is a prerequisite for any head coaching opening. No one is hiring a coach with perceived “poor leadership” skills. Secondly, trying to quantify intangibles is a fairytale. The players like him & dap him up, he speaks well, he’s good looking and fit. Whatever it might be. Small things in your bucket make you form an opinion on his “intangibles” & most of it is not relative to him being a good coach or not.

They’ll quickly turn that on you too, if you don’t have good players. You go from “leader of men” to oh he’s too nice of guy, he’s a players coach, he’s lost the locker room, etc. aka he’s a loser & at the end of the day everyone is a loser when you have bad players

Does not. Extra picks go to the team he is hired from.

Are you a child? This isn't Madden. No amount of draft picks would accomplish this.
