Have heard this, as well. The #Saints are a team weighing a potential move up. Not sure if it would be for Caleb Farley, but CB is a big need for NO.

Rap has no sources with the Saints I don’t think as Payton actively dislikes him, but it looks like the Saints interest in moving up is common knowledge at this point

Bunchie when was the last time we had a need as bad as CB this year? It makes sense we could be looking to move up to get one. I think it’ll be Newsome though.

He could have heard from another team we were trying to move up.

Contrary to the general public, I love that we are trying to move up. Go get the CB (or LB) that is a dire need to this year's team success.

Yep. Who knows though, maybe we’d be comfortable rolling with Richard Sherman for a year?

and they will, everyone should be prepared for the saints to trade up and give away all their picks to do it and end up only drafting 3-4 players max and 2 of those will be WTF projects or the proverbial "he has the potential" picks

Newsome is more of a zone guy than press man corner. I think we move up for Farley.

I can't recall the last time we went into the draft with such a glaring need at any single position.

Going to be interesting if Surtain somehow drops around 15 or even lower. I don’t see it but you never know. He’s the type of guy Sean would trade up for.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was for Farley. I also wouldn’t be surprised if this was a smokescreeen for them to trade their 2022 first to move even higher to grab Jaycee Horn

I doubt the Saints leaked this to Rapoport. I could see another team doing it, that we maybe talked to about trading up if a certain guy is there.

Word on the street is we have a complete roster and we don't need all the picks therefore we should move up, can anyone confirm/elaborate on this?

I'd be ok with moving up for Surtain, Horn, or Farley.

I feel like Newsome is worth the 28th pick.

I feel like Asante Samuel Jr. isn't worth the 28th pick. He seems like an early 2nd rounder to me.

Micah Parsons will be the target out of left field if he slips

I'm OK with trading a third-round pick and our first to move up for Farley.

If we trade away two firsts for Farley...I don't know if I could support that. Surtain or Horn...maybe Parsons? I could support it. But not for a guy with injury questions.

I would be aggravated to find out my team was drafting in the 20's and didnt do a price check on moving up...its bad business to not see what value is out there

One of my favorite players in this draft. Dude has stud written all over him.

Going to happen at some point with all the picks they have.

Surtain, Horn, Farley, & Micah Parsons are really the only possible candidates right now for making a decent size trade up. Unless you think we're going after a QB...which I don't.
