She is instructing a private business how they must conduct said business. I would have no issue if this was chosen by the Saints or NFL themselves

Is it right next to the other infamous clause that says you can suspend any Constitutional rights you want due to a virus with a survival rate of over 99%?

How do they plan on fact checking all these requirements for 70k people? Manually one by one at the entrance or what? What's keeping some from faking a test or showing a bullshite vaccination card. I can probably Photoshop one in 5 minutes.
