If I remember right Sean Paytons first HC offer was with the Raiders and when he asked Parcells if he thought it was the right choice Parcells told him he did not think it was but to wait that he would get another chance I wonder if Sean will have the same advice for Pete...Just a little food for thought

PCJ is way too laid back to be a HC. I think I could probably take him in a one on one fight.

Someone just asked Schefter on twitter if the Raiders interviewed Carmichael and Schefters response was "sure did. Friday, no matter what some say. Expected to talk more"
