Nah, these were free agents the Saints actually had in for visits and were negotiating with other teams.

Eh, Tyrann has kind of said this a lot in the past. He comes back and does a lot for the community but there is a lot of negativity from his time there.

I don't think you have sources but lets say you do. He wouldn't have to live in New Orleans. He could live in the University Club and the Saints can have it in his contract that they provide daily transportation to the Saints facility. It could be a car and driver or it could be a helicopter. Either way if you want him and he is willing to sign with the Saints but he doesn't want to live in the city you make it work.
