He has been terrible all season. His hand just took his from terrible to worst player on the field.

Fletcher cox is way better than suh.
Also I think whoever practices all week will play.
My guess is they stick with peat but at this point I'd make a change.
Peat is great at run blocking but struggles in pass pro

Tough to play the position with one hand.

It appeared to me, a lay person, Peat was getting too high, too upright in his positioning. He was losing leverage. He panicked and grabbed the Eagle. Maybe that hand will be stronger this week.

Not sure what you’re laughing at. He has clearly been the weak spot on the offensive line all season.

PFF had him rated as the #79 guard.

this right here. Cox is a fricking beast in the middle that can move for a big man..... Suh, not so much

Donald is a different story. I think CSP will try to run right at him tho

Cox had zero sacks and zero QB hits.

Jernigan, who primarily lined up on Warford, had half a sack and 1 QB hit.

Graham, who was primarily lined up on Armstead, had 1 sack and 1 QB hit.

Bennett, who was primarily lined up on Ram, had 2 QB hits.

Long, who was primarily lined up on either tackle, had half a sack (against Ram) and 2 QB hits.

Peat fricked up with the penalties, but one thing he didn't do was get Brees hit. I ask anyone to show me a play where Peat let his man hit Brees (all the better if you can find even 2).

Only one would MAYBE be the Jernigan hit, but I'm pretty sure that also came against Warford like the half a sack did.

I'll take penalties over sacks anyday. Penalties is just lost yardage. Sacks are lost yardage and a loss of down.

Penalties aside he held up better than the rest of our Oline with a fricking broken hand.

You still think Brees needs to get hit to negatively impact his passing

Two of his four penalties were false starts. Another negated a TD Taysom to Kamara

Listen to yourself dude

Yeah, Peat had an abortion of a game. His worst game at Guard. Everyone in the stands was commenting that his hand has to be fricking him up because he's a better guard than that.

It is what it is.

He just had surgery.

Maybe pain management will be a little better for him.

I had shoulder surgery. The first week out is a bitch.

He will play better.
