I truly hate the Falcons, but San Fran is right up there.

When we played NE and made them quit.

Literally, they quit. They never quit.

Same.

I still haven't watched highlights of it. I was there that night and spent most of the evening feeling completely miserable.

Until the end, of course. That was overwhelming joy.

The 1987 game at Pittsburgh with the goal line stand where we clinched our first-ever winning season is one of my favorites.

The Dolphins and Redskins games in 2009 were both pretty incredible.

I remember in 2012 running through the streets of New Orleans, trying to make it in time for the kickoff of the Falcons game. I was late after waking up hungover in Baton Rouge.

I showed up at 12:20 and we were already down 10-0 to the undefeated Falcons.

The Dome was fricking DEAD and then Chris Ivory woke us all up with that run.

Such a fun game. Basically just playing for pride in a season where we got completely fricked by Goodell, and we still managed to beat the Falcons.

Definitely one of my favorite unconventional Saints memories.

I'm probably in the minority, but other than Hartley's kick, I kind of hated that NFCCG.

I've never been more on edge for the entire duration of a football game. It was like mental torture but that's what makes a great football game with everything on the line. Maybe my favorite game I've ever watched, even over the Super Bowl.

When the Saints beat the Rams in prime time to earn their first ever playoff berth.

That wild card game the next week against the Vikings has to be the worst game ever played by a Saints team. They got destroyed. Humiliation was felt by all

It wasn't simply that they got destroyed, they got destroyed by an 8-7 team at home and possessed the Dome Patrol which got torched for 41 minutes in TOP and 37 points(Carter added a punt return TD to produce the 44 total)

The Pats game in 2009

One that's a personal favorite of mine as a kid is a game against the Cowboys in the dome. My dad brought me as a gift for my birthday. Anyway, it was one of the Ditka years when we signed Kerry Collins off the street and this must have been the only game he didn't play drunk because he ripped up the Cowgirls that day for the win. This was still when they had Aikman, Emmitt, Irvin, and Primetime. Just a special memory watching a shite Saints team beat the Cowboys, who were still good buy not great anymore(this was in the twilight of those guys careers).

The first LSU-Bama game in 2011 is the only one that tops it for puckered-arse.

The MNF game against the pats where we signed Mike McKenzie off the street and he picked off Brady

The 2009 season was so perfect. Outside of the 3 game skid after the 13-0 start..

So many breaks the entire season and everyone for the most part stayed healthy. My favorite game from 09 is @ The Redskins. When Meacham took the ball back after it was intercepted then returned it for a TD. That play to me was the entire spirit of the 2009 team. They never gave up no matter the circumstances.
