We had two Billy Joes and Danny Wuerffel.
This!
I'll go with Wuerffel though.
Also, Kilmer's arm was shot when we got him.

Archie was definitely not great. At best he was good.

Steve Walsh says hold my beer.
He could at least lay football. Richard Todd was so fricking bad, lol.

I recall "Todd is God" in the dome.....
he was awful.
Stablier's knees (and liver) were shot to hell when Bum brought him in. Because of that Bum brought in Todd.
Jim Everett was a stud for two years and but for awful defenses, we couldve been competitive.
Shuler was pretty good at Washington but his head wasnt right when he came here. Billy Joe Hobert > Billy Joe Tolliver.
No ladies and gentlemen, the worst QB we ever had that had any meaningful playing time was ol Number 18---Dave wilson. The heir apparent to Archiewho
at one time we had Babe Laufenberg start a game. but then again what team didnt.

Shuler by a country mile. Hell, Forcade was better than Shuler

Heath Shuler is the absolute worst I've seen in my lifetime.

I’ve seen enough of Archie to know he didn’t protect the ball well and made a lot of bad throws
You have judge him based upon the era he played in, most QB's back then forced the ball and did a poor job of protecting it. The game back then was a much more vertical game than it is now.
In 1978 on 5 of the top 29 passers had more Td's than Int's

I really felt like Blake was going to bring us deep in the playoffs before his injury.

Billy Joe Hobert is very upset with that

Fourcade actually won a few games and played with heart
