The only reason the final interference was called is a make-up call for the jason david mugging of olsen earlier in the game that wasn't called. If they had called that one we wouldn't even have made it to OT.

Are there any more undiscplined safties in the league than roman harper and josh bullocks? That dumb mother tucker had one job on that play, don't let hester get behind you. He would have picked it off it he had played it right. I have never seen 2 games in one year end on a PI call. Why would you call any other play?

It wasn't a total loss...I found ONE place in all of Vegas that gave me the Saints at +3 1/2

Very frustrating
Not a way to open the game on that KO return. After being down 21-7 Saints showed some resiliency in the 2nd half in coming back and taking the short-lived lead but in the end it didn't matter.
Saints have showed very good rush defense as of late...pass defense leaves a lot to be desired. The defense really doesn't get too much of a pass rush on the QB and our secondary especially the safeties are the weakest link to this defense. This has to be the #1 concern going into next season, if not, it's going to be another long frustrating season.

I'm for a new DC as well but some of you seem to be forgetting what he has to work with. Safeties that suck at pass defense and 2 starting CB's on IR.

I would say I agree with you on this....but all game long as David was consistently out on an island covering guys down the field like Olsen and Hester I kept wondering...WHERE IN THE frick IS THE SAFETY HELP?
Bullocks is the suck. He not only wasn't making plays, he wasn't even on the damn screen on deep patterns where in a Cover-2 that's exactly where he's supposed to be!

safety's suck, yes, but did you notice that every pass play the first look orton had was to david's side of the field? he's the weakest link, the safety's cant bail him out everytime...once we get porter next year and pick up another saftey we'll be ok
