You don't have to be ripped necessarily to be on roids it's manily when you combine them with weight training that your body promotes muscle growth like someone exploded.
However just anabolic steroids leads to faster recovery times and increased energy....It's basically what is in a shot when you go to the Dr. to help you recover faster from being sick so you can get back on your feet.
But almost every athelete that does something spectacular these days especially later in their life when most bodies tend to wind down and there's is still going like the Energizer Bunny.

The word from a former FB HC coach and current school administrator I know talked to Warren Drake last week and was told that Jay Thomas was the man...the other interviews will be a dog-and pony show though.
Sid just finished LaTAAP to be certified but kind of strange since he doesn't actually "teach" a single class. The whole process was a joke.
