Get ready. You know the saints will be looking to move up in the 2nd round to grab another out of left field prospect. Seems like it plays out very similar every year. Saints always looking for that hidden gem, diamond in the rough when we dont have to.

It’s like they mailed it in once they didn’t trade up. Like someone said earlier, the powers that be in NO always want to try and look like the smartest people in the room.

That was an out of left field pick for sure. But reading up, it looks like it’s not a huge reach as some people were saying 2nd round, possible 1st round pick. The injury concerns are concerning. Maybe they hope that between Davenport and Turner they get one full year out of the two.
When Davenport plays, he’s really really good. He’s just injured so often. Only disappointed that we didn’t get a CB which we desperately need. Maybe we can trade up tomorrow to get Samuel.
