There's so much time left

Do not get too excited. Unless the Saints start onside kicking every kickoff and recovering them, the defense has to take the field.

On the one hand, I'd love to see them win... On the other hand, I'd hate to be picking 12th when one more loss would have gotten us to 5

Our wide outs are Colston and Meacham ...
Morgan inactive
Stills hot and cold
Toon. Waste
Cooks is apparentry OK
Name me a team with worse starters at WR than Colston and Meacham
Colston is still doin work.....but Drew gets fricking obsessed with JG and Cooks!

Honestly, this game is the crossroads. If you win this, you're still tied for first in the division. You can get on a roll and take control.
Lose this and you've lost just about all momentum for the season and any more games you win will really just hurt your draft position.

How does a WR get sooooooooo OPEN!

For all the shite we give PRob and White, Lewis continually gives up a huge cushion as well.

I'm still baffled as to why Jackson is so wide open all day. No one within 5 yards every catch

You'd think with our secondary, teams would throw AWAY from lewis.

Speed. Which we don't have

I think the way to look at it is come down on the side of probability.... Even if we win today are we likely to go far in the playoffs? Probably not.
But if we lose, are we likely to lose a lot more and draft high? I say very likely.

Our secondary has no clue what they're doing.
Posted on 10/5/14 at 2:23 pm to LSUTigerfaninHtown
Once this team falls behind it's nearly impossible to come back. Not only can't the defense get enough stops but when they do this worthless offense can't move the ball.

Our secondary is awful. That's why.
Oh and our D line.
The whole defense stinks.

Does it matter if we can barely afford to surround that high draft pick with great players because we have 22% (or more) of the cap locked into 2 players?
