They didn't comment about either call. Why would they?
Im done with this. It is going in circles and it truly doesnt matter The first call was not made which is the only thing that needs to be discussed at this time

The only bomshell Fuller can pray for, is that he finds a cell phone record that shows a call made. If he does, he will hammer this as a coverup again even if the NOPD had nothing to do with it

I posted 3, all 3 came from different sources, including WWL, ABC news, & NBC.

The other two calls were likely by Smith's friends reporting his murder (first call), and Hayes reporting an accident (second call) so he could claim he called 911 and stay on the scene.

Didn't think about that. Could be the confusion by the attorney

Would be pretty fricked up

You seem genuinely inquisitive and interested in the truth. If that is the case you should really disregard Lester's posts on this subject.

Smith's gun, if it was still locked up, cannot be retrieved without a warrant. If they searched the scene and the vehicle it means they did a shite job or his gun was locked up.

So originally they only found one gun at the scene. They later found Smith's after getting a warrant to search his vehicle.

Also, there was no 911 call after the supposed original hit and run.

The other two calls were likely by Smith's friends reporting his murder (first call), and Hayes reporting an accident (second call) so he could claim he called 911 and stay on the scene.

But even Hayes' attorney is saying none of the calls were made from Hayes' first cell phone.

And this bullshite of whether Will hit and run is irrelevant. Hayes followed and agressively rammed Smith's vehicle and approached with a gun (concealed or not).

Why anyone is defending Hayes is absolutely baffling. All the evidence is pointing to him being the aggressor.

Some people think if you're defending Smith you're wearing black & gold glasses. Some people think if you're defending Hayes you're either related to him or you're going out of your way to be argumentative. Truth is, none of us know shite from the little info/video that's been released so far.

I personally think Lester in the first day or so did a good job of presenting the other side, which in turn he was somewhat vindicated on with recent revelations. He has gone off the deep end lately though and seems biased and one sided

Haven't been following the thread. Just a quick recap: who successfully changed someones mind? List them alphabetically.

TIA

And you're changing facts to support your stance instead of letting them speak for themselves.

Like when you posted about Hayes standing over Smith's body...on the ground.

Or this entire thread

The first day, it was consensus over here that Hayes was a crazed lunatic that killed Smith in a clear case of cold blooded road rage and Hayes was a typical thug

I think the actual facts have proved there is way more to this case then a simple open and shut that most felt it was.

I think you are being disingenuous Vacherie if you cant admit this has changed from the original report we had

I don't doubt he called after he shot and killed Smith.

The sad thing is you think that makes a guy innocent or his enraged actions prior justified.

So basically anyone can get pissed, take action into their own hands, pursue and display violent behavior and reckless behavior by crashing into another party of people, get out with their loaded weapon, proceed to exchange heated words and be a mad man.. Then when the very party the are trying to intimidate or harass stands their ground.. They can freely take the easy way out and fire a total of 10 shots and because they called the police after.. It's all okay and definitely self defense.. If he wanted the wife dead he would have killed her too, but he absolutely wanted Smith dead, period. That's down right overkill and arrogance on his part.

Yet you believe his lawyer who makes bogus claims he's not the aggressor.

I just don't see how you can go out of your way to pick a fight and then when another person tries to stand their ground you can freely murder them. It's disgusting.
