GTFO here

At first I was a bit sad, cause I thought it was tawdry and disrespectful to a grieving family to throw shite conspiracy theories against the wall simply to be argumentative on a message board, but now I have the popkern out and am enjoying the shite folks are coming up with on here. I will file the hit man theory right next to the "Pierre Thomas hid the gun theory" in my collection.
People are forgetting that young men this age are gunned down in New Orleans all the time for a lot less. Why do we have to make it so damned complicated? Like most shootings, this almost assuredly what it appears to be.

First off I didn't come up with a hit man theory if that's what you're implying. I was saying that must be what that poster believe or that Hayes just wanted to kill someone just because. there was no other reason for Hayes to pursue Smith other than a hit and run. If there is another reason then none of us know about and there is a lot more going on than we know.

Hayes is in lockdown in parish prison . I heard he has been in a fight the other day. The man want make it to the farm

I've watched the video over a dozen times. I think it can be argued that there was not, in fact, contact by Smith's vehicle on Magazine Street (I'm not alone in that observation).
You are seeing what you want to see. The fricking hummer is bumped forward.
Couple that with the video of the cars in front of hayes (the reason he stopped), and it is clear that hayes pulled over because he was hit.

and the cause of the abrupt stop (benz behind him).

Hayes stopped short at the red light. If he had stopped normally at the light Will wouldn't have tapped him at all. Will probably thought this guy was dangerous and better to try and avoid him by getting away since there was no visible damage. And only a man in rage would have followed and ramed Will from behind. 7 shots in the back to a unarmed man and 2 to his wife. Then crying self defense is totally bizarro. There's way more to this story then just a fender bender.

Don't be a POS chad. You know damn well the video showing the right ride shows hayse stopped because the cars in front of him were stopping.

Unnecessarily abrupt.
Are you serious. Go watch it again. Hayse is rolling to a stop. He didn't slam his brakes
Posted on 4/18/16 at 4:32 pm to Mr.Perfect
It's a hard brake then slight release. He didn't need to slam so hard if he so much room for roll right?

why would he think that?

Unnecessarily abrupt in my mind to Chad. Even though with cars in front. Hayes stopped to abrupt.

You are choosing to see what you want to see.
And conveniently ignoring two things:
-the cars in front of hayse
-the fact that the following vehicle is ALWAYS responsible for rear-ended another vehicle.

Because he braked to hard at the red light. On the first video I saw that was my first reaction. Now that we know that cars were in front of Hayes I still think he braked to hard. Why he did I don't know ?
Posted on 4/18/16 at 4:41 pm to Mr.Perfect
I'm not the one ignoring his method of brake. He deliberately stopped abruptly and video clearly shows this.

quote:Good point Chad. Hayes should have run into the cars in front of him, in order to insure the ex-Saint would not rear end him.
He deliberately stopped abruptly and video clearly shows this.
I feel like that is what some people want to hear
