Billionaires don't live anywhere really .. they own property everywhere. And the 1.5 hour commute on his private jet would be sooo taxing.

Is it worth the stress and time? That’s what he’s thinking. I don’t think the location matters. I’m sure he has multiple houses already. Is he a huge NFL fan? Cuban lives and breathes NBA.

Now maybe not. But in a few years? Maybe. As these guys get older they USUALLY get less and less active with their companies and other people are handling it. That's when they get all the toys.
Besides being an owner in the NFL is an incredible investment, and if you hire the right people you don't have to do all that much.

Yea the return on investment is crazy. Dan Snyder bought the Commanders for 800 million. Sold it for 6 billion. Not bad and you get to own a NFL team which is freaking awesome
