Illegal formation is a dead-ball foul right? No time falls off the clock in that instance unless in a runoff (which assuming is what happened here, we had a timeout so we would get to re-kick).

I officiate 3 different sports so I usually won't comment on it cause I know how hard it is and generally the last thing we wanna do is frick either team over but these are some horseshite calls.

It makes 0 sense illegal formation is before the ball is snapped. We had a timeout left. And I thought you couldn't end a half with penalty run off.

No it was not. They blew their whistles BEFORE the play. If they had called it correctly then it would have been DURING the play.
