Should be an untimed down right? If a team scores a touchdown with no time left but there is holding they don't automatically lose. They move it back 10 and they retry the down with no time left. Should be the same here I thought.

They blew the whistles before the half. Others have heard it as well. Play should have been stopped and time left on the clock
