They mentioned it a few times on Greeny radio show on ESPN during their QB carousel segment. Is this just a couple radio people making hot takes? Or something to it?

It all depends on who the coach is and what the offense is. Russ is a good to great QB but to say he’s a perfect for without knowing the system the saints are running is putting the cart before the horse.

That’s a different take from what he said on tv this morning. He said why would Wilson want to go to the Saints when they’re seemingly going to be a bad team. I lol’d at that poor take.

If the Saints can get Wilson and still come out of the draft with a decent WR or TE target... damn. Also, I imagine if we get Wilson, we may get some interest from a FA receiver on a discount.

I'm not sure how anyone can say he's a perfect fit. We don't even have a coach.
Personally, I think Wilson's play has fallen off. It doesn't seem like he should be, but his play resembles a player getting old. His arm strength in particular looks like it has diminished, and he seems to productively scramble a lot less.
I would NOT invest high draft picks for him.

Zero chance Wilson leaves Seattle.

Jamies is going to be our QB and I think with a healthy line and another weapon and MT we will be just fine.
