Apparently his ankle flared up and hasn’t practiced this week. Nick Underhill also said it’s definitely worth monitoring. I really think if he misses this week then you just rest him until the playoffs. He’s tough and played through it but they need him 100%.

If he's out, I'd prefer Brees out too. why risk more hits.

I don’t think he’s going to be fully 100% until next season

If he is, him and Brees would have 10 quarters on the field together this year

I kind of flipped on this. Now im kind of in the camp of if Brees can play let him. Its his last year let him go all out. Injuries can occur at any given point.

I'm being a nega-saint, i think we lose. I think brees takes another 5-7 hits easily, and they have an elite DT in Chris Jones.

If MT13 is out, the OL plays like shite (like last week), its an uphill battle, and brees deals with an extra week of pain for naught.

On the flip side...the line protects better because he isn't holding the ball forever and Kamara is probably catching 10+ passes.

Anyone think Thomas doesn't like Brees? I noticed multiple times Thomas running from across the field to help Taysom up when he'd tuck and run. Never seen him do that with Brees...

Nope or at least not to a point where it effects him on the field.

Thomas still likes the occasional Brees is great post on twitter. Really have not seen anything to indicate other wise

QBs play with broken ribs all the time. They strap on that beautiful vest and toss bullets for wins

yes thomas hates the guy that peppers him with targets and loves the guy that makes him more of an extension of the run game. Great take

His yardage in 2 games with Drew: 17 & 51

His yardage in 4 games with Taysom: 104, 50, 105, & 84

Brown, Easton, and Thomas are out; Harris is questionable.

So only Sanders and Smith really healthy right now. Tommylee Lewis, Carr, and Johnson have to step up I guess.
