More Deuce and Less Bobby on WWL

Deuce will become a regular co host with Mike Detillier on WWL and it appears that Bobby will be scaling back his hours during the week.
This should not be a big surprise because Bobby has been making himself scarce the whole off season.

Bobby has changed.
Weve known Bobby for over 30 years.
Cant even look him in the eye anymore.
He doesnt want you looking him in the eye. And you cant ask him a question.
If he wants conversation he will talk to you.
The whole business really took a part of his personality we all enjoyed growing up.

With podcasts, YouTube, and so many other options for sharp, informative, funny, and entertaining Saints and football talk, WWL had to do something. Back in the day, they basically had a monopoly over Saints football conversation on radio. Not so anymore.
So many hosts are way more knowledgeable and charismatic than Bobby could ever be. I haven’t wasted time listening to Bobby in at least 5 years. Even Detillier seems to give easy, lazy takes a lot of times.

Love Deuce, but I’ll never understand the Bobby hate. Yes, he rambles and can be obnoxious, but you can’t deny his passion and love for the Saints. I’ll be bummed the day he hangs it up (or gets pulled).

Deuce is also terrible on the radio.
He's way too argumentative for absolutely no reason, constantly cuts people off to insert his opinion even when he's agreeing with someone, and literally tries to "win" every conversation by getting the last word.
He's way too dismissive of people around him.

Deuce is quietly one of the best people still associated with the saints. I think he is great as the color guy on game days and just a very good all aroundsaints radio personality and go to guy ambassador for national media
