Terrible timeout and clock management. There are 12 year olds on Madden who manage a game better than this

Not only did he call the 2nd timeout when he did, he waited a good 10 seconds before calling it to ensure that we would waste the two minute warning on a clock stoppage.

You either use both and get the ball with about 2:30 and no TOs or you use neither and get the ball with 2:00 (call it 1:50 after the punt) with 2 TOs.
We get it it 1:50 with 1 TO.
