Is MT the only player in the NFL to be negatively affected by team management?

the answer is no.

Is MT the only player that has a history of talking way too much on twiter about it?

the answer is yes.

Outside of this season, the entire roster every year for the Browns has just as much reason to bitch about their "job"....but they don't. They do their "job", collect their check, and do what it takes to ensure they can set themselves up for a better opportunity.

No one wants to hire someone who has a visible history of being very problematic in the workplace. I guarantee you that your boss looked you up on social media before hiring you.

does not matter. You do not bash your employer on social media. No one wants to deal with you because of the chance of you being a toxic employee and doing the exact same thing to them.

Derek Carr, MT13, and Dennis Allen all suck. They need to all be gone ASAP.

Is your schtick defending black players or what?

Thomas hasn’t been relevant since 2019

Agreed but MT has always been a head case yet for some reason DA thought it was a good reason to bring him back. He also brought back Jameis as well. If you ask me, DA needs to learn to judge character better and not thinking he has any influence over these type of players.

MT is probably the least scary person on the team other than the place kicker

Thomas is too gdam stupid to be a QB, what would he know about the post-snap thought process.

Carr didn't intentionally get MT's racist azz hurt.

You’re right. We were big fans of his about 4 years ago.

I would say that's quite possible.

He's on record as having ignored the advice of team doctors and sought out his own medical treatment for his ankle and ended up with the same or even less effective results the second time.

At this point in time Thomas is not only a locker room distraction he is a player that can not be counted on to be on the field for whoever ends up signing him.

Mickey Loomis renegotiating Thomas's contract last season to effectively make it a 1 year prove it deal and shifting most of the money into performance bonuses was one of the better contract moves that he has done in a while. THe Saints saved money and got out from under Thomas so they can now move on. Thomas bet on himself and lost.
