No doubt, dome sounded like it was rocking.

Do you think they made comments about a noticeable lack of fans for no reason at all? What motive would the official saints radio broadcast have for doing that?

A few fans not buying concession sales is small potatoes in the NFL revenue equation. The league is still going to make billions. Anyways unlike what people are saying in here the building was packed.

did you read my 1st post in the thread? I agree that there were more empty seats than usual. All I said was that the crowd was loud and the concession lines outside of my section were long the entire game

Looked pretty full from my seat.

I do know a bunch of people that said they weren't going because of the kneeling thing but it looked full to me.

Way too many Detroit fans that got very loud in the 2nd half.

We were in section 124, there were probably 40 empty or so, nosebleeds looked pretty thin from what I could see.

I started this thread.

I sat in Section 609 Row 24.

So I had a pretty good view of all around me and a good part of the lower bowls.

A) I saw huge parts of rows that are typically full. So if I'm looking down on Section 124 I can see row 10 has 6 empty seats, Row 11 has 4 together Row 12 has 5 and so on.

B) It was really loud. I think it started with the first TD of the day and built from there. Maybe the empty seats made the sound louder.

C) As I have said---I don't think it is necessarily the season ticket fans that are staying away. Rows of tickets are owned by brokers and the average fan is staying away from the games because of the pledge. These fans staying away are leaving a ton of tickets unused. Others have said that even season ticket holders that do not attend every game are having problems even giving away tickets.

I usually get $100 per ticket for "bad" regular season games these last few years. During the glory years I got $160 for "bad" games for the same seats.

For yesterday's I only could get $65. LA is TRUMP country and is #MAGA as can be and we don't take kindly to ingrates bashing our nation.

Brokers are less likely to be the empty seats than disillusioned STH

No what I am saying is that when you look at Stubhub there are rows of tickets for sale. So a listing will say Row 24 Seats 1-19 or Row 26 1-12.

They are used to selling this tickets to the public, but the regular public that may attend one or two games a year is staying home.

On Friday you could have gotten tickets on NFL ticketexchange for $17.

They took a knee prior to both the PA announcement of the moment of silence and the appearance of the slain officers photo on the screens. The boos by I'd guess a quarter to a third of those attending, however, began halfway through the request for a show of respect for the officer killed in the line of duty and continued through the entire moment of silence. Which we thought was particularly classy of them.

I yelled my arse off the whole game and am hoarse today because of it. Most fun I've had at a Saints game since the Redskins game in 2009.

The game was amazing. Flew into New Orleans for the LSU and Saints games. First time I have been to either in about 8 years. What a weekend!

Our 4 seats were empty. Will be all year. Already paid for them so we will just leave them empty and not let others sit in them.

I didn’t say they did. It was in Landover.
