Loomising…. We need to approach Webster Dictionary have it added as new word.

Loomising.. (definition) an action word meaning to fukk oneself over. One can also Loomis to fukk someone else over.
Example in word usage:
If you don’t pay your taxes… the IRS will Loomis you up the AZZ !!

Maybe so, but the Saints showed just how discretionary the cap really is. Ifs nothing more than a suggestion for an adept front office.
You can argue that the choices have been poor, but the manipulation of the cap has been masterful.
