Jordan is entering year 12 and has missed exactly zero games due to injury(missed 1 last year due to covid protocol). Even more impressive, he’s played 80% of defensive snaps in his career. Just a machine of stability and consistency.

He’ll finish as the Saints all time sack leader(needs 8 to pass Rickey).

Model teammate. Model citizen, he’s visited a local school every Tuesday his entire his career.

Just an all time great Saint and we shouldn’t overlook him.

Lets not forget he has given the saints a discount. A great Saint. Hope we honor him by letting him play out his career here

He is undoubtedly an all-time great Saint!

And one of the best in the NFL

All of his jabs at the falcons crack me up.

I hope he can maintain on the field dominance this year.

Saints fans totally appreciate Cam. And I'm sure our division opponents can't wait for him to be done. It's outside our market where he absolutely doesn't get talked about enough. He would get Strahan hype if he played for a larger market team. No matter what ends up happening, he's a Hall of Famer in my eyes.

I think you could argue his legacy suffered the most from the no call and missing an opportunity to play in a Super Bowl. A good Super Bowl effort and a ring may well have put a hall of fame shine on his career.

Tremendously conditioned athlete too. He was the one D linemen that would play every snap, at least until recently. He’s made a lot of big late game sacks in his career too

About 25 sacks and he will be top 20 all time.

That plus his durability and dominance against the run.

The man is headed for the hall of fame, and I doubt he plays a snap for another team.

I had the pleasure of taking pictures at a few Saint games and was the photographer for their softball tournament one year. I took a picture of Cam and his kid and messaged him about it on Instagram. He responded and asked for the picture. He really is a stand-up guy and a fan favorite.

Wish we could have gotten Cam a ring in 2018. He definitely deserves it. I think he is bordering on Canton status but a ring would push him over the top. Obviously a Saints HoF lock.

Wonder what the voters consider the no brainer number for sacks. He's sitting at 27th on the official list (41st on unofficial) with 107. If he goes 2 more years at ~10 per, he'll jump up to 19th and 27th, respectively and assuming he doesn't pass Von Miller & Chandler Jones.

What's funny is his numbers will put him in the group of players that many consider pass rush specialists; yet, when he came out he was viewed more as an all around DE that was stout against the run. If I recall correctly, his pass rushing skills were a weakness.

I can't speak to all-time, but I would say he's the best defensive end the Saints have had in my lifetime. Over Will Smith and Charles Grant.

I can remember feeling that the Saints blew the pick, lol. That’s why I don’t make the big bucks.

Just being picky but is this accurate? Has he not taken a vacation that lasted a week in the past 12 years?
