3rd... he went back to Philly... and personally, I'd kill to have this dude back... he's a baller and plays with a swagger that is unmatched

Why would Campbell and Aaron Glenn sign him in free agency if he was such a headcase?
Do you really need me to answer this or was it rhetorical?

If the rumors were true, they really screwed the pooch when they were trying to include him in the Watson deal. There was no coming back from that for the Saints coaching staff.
If I recall correctly, the only reason he left Philly was because of the contract offer. He thought he was worth more than Philly offered, Det outbid, and he ended up in Det. There is no question that CGJ can be a headcase, that's evident on the field. When things are going well it's not an issue, when things are going poorly those type of things really stick out

Point being I still think they will trade Lattimore. I hope Im wrong though.
I'm with you on this. The way his contract was restructured, I do not see how they can keep him this year. Also, with the way his contract was restructured, we may get 2 bags of peanuts for a team to take that bonus on, the guarantees, and salary for the next 2 years.

Why would the Saints, Philly and Lions release him in last 3 years if he's all squared away?
He wasn’t released by Philly or Lions. He was a free agent. We traded him. Technically he hasn’t been released anywhere. On top of that, he returned to the same coaching staff and team he left in Philly.

Ok
He wasn't re-signed or extended by those teams thus he became a FA

As your into nit picking he is not returning to the same staff or the same teammates.

I’m not trying to nitpick but everything you stated wasn’t true and implied he wasn’t wanted at those places. Thats not necessarily true. Sometimes due to the price the team can’t afford the player. In fact the only reason Saints had a major issue was due to his contract and thats when he started acting up. For instance, we didn’t want to resign Trey Hendrickson- doesn’t imply we didn’t want him on the team.
Yes you are correct. The defensive coordinator is different and obviously some different players. But the head coach is the same and there are still players there when he was there previously.

Well that's good. He knows who to punch and who not to punch.

Lattimore sites a personal situation that him and DA resolved. I wonder if this had something to do with Lattimore’s injury late last season.

That could be great news.
I don’t disagree with you specifically on Lattimore and DA.
I do feel like though DA’s strong suit isn’t really his relationship with players; theres always something he has to fix or there are some type of issues between him and a certain player. I’m sure Sean had those issues too but it seemed like that stuff stayed in house more and players were kind of afraid to show him up in any way.

Sadly injuries and there issues with players seems to be a constant right now in the Saints org.

This just isn't true.

Lattimore who admitted there was an issue. Thomas(yes hes a bit hinged) but was going off on the Saints through social media. CGJ- was openly acting a fool in camp until he was traded. Winston openly went against what DA wanted in regards to a playcall; Winston also said he could start 2 years ago after getting injured but DA disagreed and played Dalton; Kamara- last season was routinely questioning the play calling (you could say thats more on Pete but again you have a player calling out a coach on DA staff).
You could blame some of this behavior on the players but these are also players DA brought to camp or asked to return to the team. I don’t think Im wrong in my assessment of DA having issues relating or sometimes demanding basic respect from some of his players.
