Best thing is he brought a passing game coordinator with him from San Fran so if he were to leave the passing game coordinator just gets promoted to OC.

Who? The Saints do not have a coach with the title of Passing Game Coordinator and there aren’t any other coaches besides Kubiak who were with SF last year.

Similar to what the Niners did this year having Griese replace Kubiak.

Griese didn’t replace Kubiak in SF. Griese was and still is the QB coach there. Kubiak’s brother, Klay, was promoted from assistant QB coach to passing game specialist.

Ok I made a mistake the QB coach he brought in with him was with Kubiak in Minnesota when he was the OC there.

The successess is great. I think largely it is because of the scheme change and teams havent had enough film to adjust.

People are gonna lose their shite when he takes a HC job and we’re still stuck with Allen. Rightfully so

Unless we are averaging 40 points a game for the whole year I doubt he goes anywhere. He has only has 2 years OC experience and I'm counting this year. He wasn't well received in Minnesota

He is here for a couple of years minimum

I don’t see him leaving after one proper season. And if he does, Janocko will replace him. We have the system now

Saints need to do whatever it takes to keep him

He's going to get offered a HC job if this keeps up. Maybe not this year (although that can definitely happen), but within the next 2.

Just have to hope DA can find another guy that works too

He is setting up the schemes and plays to take FULL advantage of what we have up front, at QB, and at the skilled positions. Can't help but be incredibly impressed with the results. Philly D will be another challenge; looking forward to seeing out OL impose their will and get another W.

Including taking advantage of a guy that can take the top off the defense. Shaheed will make you pay if you let him run free. We have not really had a guy like that since Devery Henderson.

Win Super Bowl then demote Allen back to DC and promoting Kubiak would be a dream

Without going down the worst case, woe is us scenario pit its also possible to give him a insane pay increase this season to keep him over the next two years.

Dwell in the mud or hope for better days

Have you not watched the nfl for the last decade? If this offense finishes in the top 5-10 and we have a winning record he’s 99.9% gone. Franchises are always looking for the next big thing and he’s coming from one of the most popular coaching trees in the league right now.

That’s the only way he doesn’t leave. It’s if those two guys take the most desirable jobs and he waits until next cycle for a job he really wants.
