I would say that Kubiak as O.C. is not what we need to bring this team to the next level. His plays are much to predictable and he cannot make adjustments to counter superior defensive play form opponents.

It will probably be a moot point once a new head coach has been signed.

Its not a Kubiak issue, its the system. Kubiak, Shanahan, McVay, and every other OC/HC that runs this system has the issue of the run game has to work or the system is fried. If you stop the run, the passing game falls flat on its face.

He looked pretty damn good in week 1-2 when our team was fully healthy. It's hard to look good when you're devoid of talent.

He was the next Bill Walsh in September.

The run game worked. Kamara has had the best ypc in 4 years.

We need better wide receivers who can win match ups for sure.

I mean, it's the least talented offensive roster in the NFL.

Hard disagree. This system is great. He has been without his qb and top 2 receivers and top 2 olineman for most of the season. Need better injury luck

It’s not luck when it’s a decade long pattern. Shithole city only attracts shitty medical consultants.

After the 2nd game of the season some posters on this board were worried that some team would poach him next season, now he isn't what we need. Lol

It’s beyond comical to think you can even have a read on what kubiak is with what he’s had to go through this year. Look at the niners offense. They lost all their talent due to injury and magically their offense sucks. Purdy has been bad. It’s almost as if you need your starters healthy to be effective. I believe Kubiak is a phenomenal young coach. Unfortunately for him he tied himself to a lame duck coach in Allen. He’ll land another job but would not be upset if we hired a defensive oriented coach and they kept Kubiak on

This entire board was in a euphoric state at the end of that Dallas game.
