Mike Bell was an absolute beast that year at times.

KRob isn't all that different in that fans remember a few really good runs (the one against Atl in particular), but he really wasn't that good (had a slightly better 4.1 ypc than Bell). That's not bad but he wasn't the hammer people think he was (same with Bell).
Now Ivory was a beast of a runner. That dude legit smashed over people most every run and had some speed if he could break free. Not a good blocker or receiver with us though (but did develop later).
I'm not opposed to giving KRob a chance, but I'm not expecting much.

That leg break was awful.

You sleep, I swear Martez is going to turn some heads. Look at Tarik Cohen for the bears and that’s what you get with Martez Carter. Kamara is about to be a full time back. Carter is going to give us what TommyLee Lewis should have been doing.

Just shy at 4.9 ypc (one game 5.6 and one 4.4), but yeah he did well in the two playoff games. Had a decent 51 ypg rushing avg in those two games.
But people forget his last year here where he REALLY struggled when he had a 3.2 ypc. Some of that was on Payton using him too much as a power back, and some was the Oline that year, but he went to the Jets the next year and was even worse (2.8 ypc though that was in very limited carries with only 8).
I'm sure some of that was also the injuries catching up with him too, but 2016 was his last year in the league. He was washed out by that point.
